Rodrigo Landa-Romero is a 15-year-old Mexican pianist and composer born 2006. He has composed over sixty works; piano solo, chamber and orchestra, including a full-length Symphony and a soundtrack for a wildlife documentary. He has released seven albums, all of his own compositions.
He has performed several of his piano solo pieces at worldwide known venues like Carnegie Hall (2019 at age 13), where he will perform again his own compositions on 2021. He has won eight prestigious international awards and has launched two internationally acclaimed composition competitions. He is currently undertaking music studies at the Harvard University Faculty of Arts & Sciences.
His piano technique is inspired on Beethoven, Czerny, Liszt, Arrau, among others. Founder & CEO of Rodrigo Landa-Romero Productions.

Rodrigo's iniciative, the "Rodrigo Landa-Romero International Composition Competition", takes place once a year, inviting composers from around the globe.
The 2021 edition had applicants from over 40 countries.
"I want to make music that helps people feel better, and maybe even brings them a smile".
Rodrigo has composed over sixty works, including orchestral, chamber and piano solo.
